Description:
This inlaid wood frame is hand crafted in England of solid walnut for Framed On Madison. The background is a honey brown color, and the marquetry inlaid is in a delicate herringbone pattern with a narrow black border. The criss-cross detail is also black and set at even intervals all around.  The wood is lacquered to give a glossy finish. The easel back is made of buckram, a heavily sized fabric that is both sturdy and beautiful. The edges are lacquered black, and the profile of this frame is thinner—1/2 inch.
